State Troopers attempted to pull over a pickup truck on Dry Bridge Road in the town of Black Brook for operating without tail lights. At first, the driver refused to stop though, and continued north before finally pulling into a driveway. When officers pulled in behind him, they learned that 45-year-old Joseph Beecher of Black Brook was drunk, so he was arrested for DWI. He was also found to have had his license revoked due to prior DWI convictions, and he refused to submit to a test to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Because of all that, Beecher was charged with Felony DWI, and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and then he was sent to the Clinton County Jail without bail.
