BRASHER MAN ARRESTED AFTER LYING TO STATE POLICE ABOUT STOLEN TRUCK

A man from Brasher was arrested by state police for falsely reporting that his vehicle had been stolen. 38 year old Benjamin Marsh told troopers that his 1993 Ford F250 dump truck had been stolen. Turns out, it wasn’t. Marsh now faces charges including Making a False Written Statement; aggravated unlicensed operation; driving an unregistered motor vehicle; operating without insurance; and two license plate violations.
