SPEEDING MOTORCYCLIST ARRESTED

When State Police tried to pull over a motorcycle on State Highway 420 in the town of Massena for doing 111 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone, the driver of the speeding bike took off and tried to get away. He didn’t do it quite right though, because he just pulled into his own driveway in the town of Massena and parked behind a garage. That’s where troopers found 37 year old Domanique Deragon… hiding inside that garage. Deragon was previously observed traveling north on State Highway 420 in the towns of Norfolk and Massena at speeds well over 100 miles per hour. He was taken into custody, but not without a brief struggle first with troopers. Deragon was charged with Resisting Arrest; three counts of speed over state limit; two counts of reckless driving; and one count of failure to submit to field breath testing. He was arraigned, and then he posted $1,000 cash bail and was released.
